My June...

I'll have one day to think, rethink and digest what I am going to write ^^

First:

Singapore trip [16th til 19th June] went well

(other than get lost in the middle of Singapore and nearly miss my bus) xP

Singapore is indeed a well-organized clean (esp their toilet) country.... I am glad I have Sofia, ML, KY, YH, JF, Ai Rens with me to this very near but seems hard to reach country....

When we are entering into Singapore Kastam, the first step makes me realize the difference... They are strict yet polite... not to compare with our own Kastam... try to link it with the amount of drug dealers between the 2 countries

We had a very nice stay at Service World Backpackers for 4 days 3 nights.

Sorry guys....can't give my review in their website.... But it is considered good other than not enough bathrooms... xP

Everything in Singapore are fast, their escalator, talk, footsteps... maybe that's how they survive.

You will be stunt by their creativity in their building design...but it lacks of something... Singapore own unique... Their own culture..which I find it hard to understand.

21st and 22nd...

He has his first few days off in Genting and we decided to meet up in KL central.

I was nervous for the past few days...but managed to hide it away hehe

Very deep apology as I didn't check the hostel location properly before bringing him in...

We walked around the area while the hostel jz right opposite us....very blur eh....

After a long hot walk in Petaling Street (busiest street in KL, I must say)... I took him to KLCC still a lot of people but at least air-conditioned.... XD

After having our lunch at Signature food court, we went for a movie <>... like the plot but the last part is kinda fast???

Later, that evening, had a walk to view the scenery around KLCC garden...

Then took bus from terminal station and reach home about 6pm.

Next day, we went all the way to Pavilion... still like the feel of it... Big and comfy. This time in GSC watched <> not bad but somehow I managed to guessed their story so the plot is just so so... I'm starting to get immune from horror stuff -.^ Yay!

Then sing K at Green Box in Sg Wang but end up disturbing each other rather than singing...

Reached home bout 8pm as i've waited nearly 1 hour for the KTM as it got delayed and missed one of it as lots of people rushed in....

On 23rd June,

Had my 2nd time yum cha with Fai, Fai's brother, YH, KJ, WZ, ML, and long time no see, CP at Snowflake Kuchai Lama...

Chat till late night about 10.45pm...

Thanks Fai and his brother for fetching me back home at 11pm...

Tried the new Sesame Sensation... love it...<3

Semester break

Sem Break again...

So fast it's the end of my first year life in uni... Can't imagine when my third year comes and then I'm a grown-up... Even I dont look like one now xP

This is the longest semester break (4 months) but I don't have any plans except for my uni activities.

Must thought of something to plan and to go out... There you go... Singapore trip..

Yesterday I spent my whole day logging into airasia website just to settle my flight....Cant believe it would be this hard (similar to registering PTPTN ). That's why some people don't share the news out...==

Anyway I woke up early intentionally just to get it done and yes! It is done...

But I wish to go somewhere, some place to view a different scenery, different scent....Any suggestion?

My throat is hard dry, must be infection from my sis after sharing a bowl of soup....

Lazy even to speak up....it is more to painful....Tried honey, sour plum, salt water....it doesnt improve...tomorrow will be my camp...Oh my!

New day! New Year! New Vision! Stronger bonded friends!

31st Dec 2010....

Had dinner in Marrybrown... then a visit to PC fair to get my brother's pendrive...

First time in my life....Celebrating New Year without firecrackers. No CNY feel but luckily I have a bunch of friend who are willing to come out for supper that day (at least it soothes me awhile). Somehow...I got another brother and 2 nieces. (I don't remember how)

Wish myself a Happy New Year Through FB

Spent a total of nearly 8 hours in Prangin Mall and another 2 hours in sg dua pasar malam...Thought it will be just another normal window shopping...in the end I were the one end up buying XP. Guess ladies just can't control huh....

Bought 2 cloths and a pant (expenditure less than RM 150 ?!)

I noticed penang stores and shop lots are selling almost similar designs cloths...and mostly imported from KL.... so it is better I just buy it from KL. More choice to choose from.

But I can say the cloths selling are really cheap...but I can't guarantee about the quality of the cloths, it depends.

New year cloths....can I wear something black this time ?!

Happy New Year!

The starting of a new year, new semester, new challenges!

1st Challenge

Spent 2 weeks to get myself prepared for the Jazz Band 14th Annual Concert, Jazz Odyssey. I'm glad that I have chosen the right path...knowing you guys is just so nice! YOU ROCK!

After 29th concert day, I felt extremely delighted...At last... I have did it. I believe it was God that given me the strength to move on...to let me formed a bond to my jazz band friends so strong and united. We'll meet soon after two weeks.

2nd Challenge

30th, my first visit to Tao at E-gate. It has a nice view and you can feel the breeze along the shop lots.

I highly recommend their cold noodle... Love it... but not their fishball..XP

I have to eat in a very slow-paced to allow myself have the chance to try all different types of food. Luckily we have guys to support us. Thanks yo!

On that day itself, my pockets is cleaned, washed and air dried a few times. First, for my textbooks, -RM176 then Tao, -RM52 then Tesco, to refill my daily needs -RM37...

Have to save the money for new year cloths now.

Still thinking where and how to celebrate this new year...Haha...Anyways. Have a BLAST!

Few days before exam

Seems I have left my blog a bit rusty. Even though I have few days left, that doesn't means I have to be nerd right.

After being in penang for such a long time, I have finally tasted how a penang tourist should do...

After knowing Yan and Alex (both from Fajar and my coursemate), 12 of us in total have finally had the chance to try out penang famous steamboat buffet(火锅之家), it is also my first time having buffet steamboat with a bunch of friend. All 12 of us took bus and walk about 1 hour. But it is worth it. At least for me.

I have good time playing badminton and discover more nice stuff with this bunch of active yet caring group of friends.

Recently all 10 of us in total celebrated these two birth-mates' birthdays ( Yee Chien, also my roommate and Choo Sun, a too quiet guy until he is not known to Fajar Harapan, the place where he used to sleep during orientation week)... With 2 drivers, we are able to travel up to Gurney Plaza, had a nice dinner-supper at Northern Hawker Centre then a late night movie, The Other Guys in Gurney Plaza...

Today is Yap Jun Fai's birthday as well...Let's just wish him luck and always be who you are, as you are always the best. =)

Thanks to Zee, Chien and Wan for accompany me going through these cold and stressful week...

What a hectic day is today.

With upcoming tests and a report either about that one evening band which I have no idea what to comment or about the wanderer's concert.

But my mood is throwed to the bottom of the sea when I discovered that someone actually remove me from being a friend in facebook. But we are friends. He had 'made' my day.

Fxxx. I hate you man. Fine then. Do whatever you like. I'm not going to let this takes over my day.

I still have a lot of people to be concerned. After this, I am back to normal.

Few more hours and it will be 30th August.

It has been 5 years since my first dog, fei fei had left us.

Still remember how the news came to me as if it just happened few days ago.

But now, I won't cry, not a single drop from my eyes.

With a smile, I will say thank you, for accompanying me everyday even though it was less than a year.

I miss you. =)

7th week and I'm back home

Time flies. It's my 7th week in USM and now I am back home in KL. If it is not for the interview, I will be staying in Penang until raya break. I thought I wasn't home sick, but the truth is, I miss KL too much. Just don't want to shut my eyes though I am tired.

Every sight of KL becomes so memorable, a school uniform brings back a lot of memories. U6Sian 2008/09 i really miss you guys so so so much. IT IS my best time in my life!

Conclusion:

Not home-sick but friend sick ( if this phrase actually exist)

Tomorrow is another big day. I will just be myself, having new friends, and with self confidence!

When I first moved in to this area, with the age of 15. I start with a new beginning, search for new friends, learn the new path to walk home. SMK (P) Taman Petaling, the place where I meet new friend with a whole new self, which no longer playful. It is time to grow up, said my mum.

The first girl I met in TP, Teh Sue Peng has the same case. Remember that day, I came to school all by myself, with an envelope holding all the documents needed. While waiting in front of the office, I met Sue Peng and her mum. But then, we aren't classmate that year. I am studying ekonomi rumah tangga (ERT) in Kemahiran Hidup, while she is taking accounts in KH.

At the age of 16 until we graduate, we were in the same class. We became probationers and prefects after we passed the test. Both of us were red crescent members too. Of course we made lots of friends. Our monitor, Jane, optimistic, strict (than me) yet helpful. Lin Li, assistant monitor, has a loud voice (i admire your loud voice), cheerful, a runner and a basketball player. Hwee Cheen, Pamela, Yeen Yie, Weng Lok, Kar Yee, Siew Fan, Yen Yie (mao) a gang. Jo Joan, Hsueh Chuen, Karmen, Shy Theng -band group. Wai Yee and Shalini, two very funny and very good friends. Shalini even sang chinese songs and say chinese I Love You to Ms Yap (WY teach her). Nisaantini, Zi Fen, Li Yen, Leticia, Santhiya, Leela, Sri-prefect group. They are the one that makes our class lively. Of course there are more students in our class. Sorry if I didn't mention your name here, but you are always in my heart. XP

08/09 Form 6

There's always a reason for me to post something. This time it is about my friends in catholic high during my form six. Can't believe I will be leaving KL for a few months for the first time. Yes, I am excited, at the mean time, it makes me feel so lonely all of a sudden zzzz. I don't think I will ever meet any bunch of people like you guys. We Rock!!!

Form six. Something that I choose and willing to go through. Nothing to do with financial problem nor results. Just want to have another year to wear school uniform without the pressure like I had during form five… I know is weird but true. Yes, I did. No regrets.

Kar Yee, which is my classmates in TP and a very close friend in catholic high. Some thought we are 'les'. Do you know, you are the candle that brightens up the path of form six, the starter that I must have? Without You, there won't be Me. =D

Jeen, at first a calm and quite girl, I thought. She helped me and KY a lot to catch up with our studies and ko-ku. Later from someone, I don't remember who… "don't see her like that, she very active de"

Zee, during 08, she is my maths teacher. Both of us, bread lover, adventure lover, cheese lover…haha, we love the same thing, hopefully not the same guy….XD

YCheng, you first came into the house with JF. Tall, sweet, cheerful. I was shocked when you choose to sing a Japanese song on our first sing k trip. I am very happy that time."Yay, another japanese song lover"

MiaoL, I remember first time seeing you come in swiftly then sit beside YC. You gave me those Eurasian feeling. Later the 'big sister' characteristics really make our day. =)

Ping, the nurse in the house. Although there are quite a number of red crescent members in the house, somehow you are the nominated nurse-to-be. Caring, gentle, cute and very helpful. Your massage can be ranked very professional. ^^

YHsian, I know you love reading books, as I saw a thick book inside your drawer. ^.- Chatting with you makes people feel excited about that topic, which is great. J

Benjamin ads, a polite driver who always send me right in front of my house, good in 炸people and badminton.

Just like Mr Ong have predicted, time passed quickly especially this few months. While I'm still sitting in front of my comp, clicking here and there. XD...
Every Saturday in July is filled with activities and tuition, busiest month of the year (for me). maths test (somewhere around mid July, if not mistaken), NTUS chemistry test( 1/8, very important test to TS), Adidas run (2/8)..... a few private meetings.... =p

Today sudden stomach ache really caused me a disaster. Luckily i have sue peng's cute smiley pillow & shawn's extra t-shirt to keep me warm during tuition. Thx yo. I'm feeling much better now. To my "Ji Mui", thx for taking care of me. I really feel helpless with that pain occuring every half a min. Luckily you guys were there. =)

Contrary to what most people think, an introvert is not simply a person who is shy. In fact, being shy has little to do with being an introvert! Shyness has an element of apprehension, nervousness and anxiety, and while an introvert may also be shy, introversion itself is not shyness. Basically, an introvert is a person who is energized by being alone and whose energy is drained by being around other people.

Introverts are more concerned with the inner world of the mind. They enjoy thinking, exploring their thoughts and feelings. They often avoid social situations because being around people drains their energy. This is true even if they have good social skills. After being with people for any length of time, such as at a party, they need time alone to "recharge."

When introverts want to be alone, it is not, by itself, a sign of depression. It means that they either need to regain their energy from being around people or that they simply want the time to be with their own thoughts. Being with people, even people they like and are comfortable with, can prevent them from their desire to be quietly introspective.

Being introspective, though, does not mean that an introvert never has conversations. However, those conversations are generally about ideas and concepts, not about what they consider the trivial matters of social small talk.
In conclusion, shy not necessarily = introvert

Thanks for brighten up my day again

What a tiring day, have lots of fun though. Sry Crays for that incident...
After my tuition which starts at 3pm and ends at 4.15pm. My father with my youngest brother fetch me up after my tuition. We waited at the Inai apartment's bus stop until about 4.35pm. I'm pursuing my father to go home, "it's ok for me to wait at the bus stop alone as jit teng and yan ping are reaching soon... " i said. Of course they went back home first.

While waiting, i received an sms from my primary school mate. I'm just excited until I miss the sight of jit teng's car. Later, I received a call from Jit Teng's cell phone but it's Yan Ping who was speaking. (Of couse for safety measure and to prevent fine from policeman) According to YP, he thought I'm waiting at the bus stop just outside my house. So, no choice but have to cross the bridge... Anyway thanks to him, I have a transport to go to U-Phun's birthday party.

During our long distance journey (about 30 mins, I think), YP and I chatting non-stop, JT with his sunglasses on however was in a silent mode throughout the journey.

Don't know what is wrong with me today...
As if I'm totally useless
Sigh*
I know, my friends, you have tried your very best to comfort me today...
But somehow I have to find my own way out of this annoying feeling of mine
I'm just lack of confidence. I know because I used to be a person with high self-confidence. Hehe
Now, I'm no longer a person with high self-esteem nor confidence... I'm not sure when this really happens but no doubt it's partly due to the 'Mock' speaking exam I have last month
I'm afraid of it. I have tried to conquer my fear but my brain just doesn't work properly...
I'm doing badly in my speaking, writing becomes worse, even chatting requires me to crack my head for a word in English (though my Chinese improves)
Same goes to badminton...Haiz... No problem playing it, however when it comes to competition, just don't put any hope on me. I won't even get to hit the shuttlecock...

To my friends, don't worry about me.
Let me crap whatever nonsense here,
you'll see a normal smay in school tomorrow...
